Preparation

Add strawberries, light rum and coconut rum to a blender and combine until smooth

Set aside

In a second blender (or once original is rinsed) blend banana, coconut cream and pineapple juice with ice

Pour red mix into bottom before slowly pouring white into the centre to mix

Garnish with a pineapple wedge
