Preparation
1
Combine pineapple jello with hot water to create yellow layer

Allow yellow layer to cool

Add banana rum and coconut rum to yellow layer

Stir yellow layer to combine

Combine strawberry jello with hot water to create red layer

Allow red layer to cool completely

Add light rum and coconut rum to red layer

Pour half of red layer into shot glass

Place shot glass in refrigerator to harden

Layer yellow mix on top of red part

Place shot glass in refrigerator to set once more

Garnish with pineapple wedge before serving

Red Layer
2 oz. (60ml) Light Rum
2 oz. (60ml) Coconut Rum

Garnish: Pineapple Wedge
PREPARATION
1. Create yellow layer by combining pineapple jello with hot water and allowing to cool.
2. Once cooled, add banana rum and coconut rum. Stir to combine
3. Create red layer by combining strawberry jello with hot water and allowing to cool completely.
4. Once cooled, add rums and pour half way into shot glass. Place in refrigerator to harden. Layer mix on top of yellow part.
5. Place in refrigerator to set once more. Garnish with pineapple wedge when ready to serve.
