LAVA FLOW POPSICLE

RED LAYER:

1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Rum

1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Coconut Rum

Frozen Strawberries

Splash Grenadine

1/2 Cup. (4 oz.) Water

WHITE LAYER:

3 oz. (90ml) Banana Rum

8 oz. (240ml) Pineapple Juice

8 oz. (240ml) Coconut Milk

PREPARATION

1. To create red layer add strawberries, rums, water and grenadine to blender and combine until smooth.

2. Pour half way into popsicle mould and freeze until solid.
3. Next combine pineapple juice, coconut milk and banana rum and pour into popsicle mold on top of red layer.

4. Place in freezer to set.
