Lemon Meringue Martini

Lemon Meringue pie lovers have to check out this Lemon Meringue Martini 'cause it tastes just as good as the real dessert and it gets you tipsy. This citrus mixed drink combines whipped cream vodka, limoncello, lemonade, and half & half, and is rimmed and garnished with Graham Cracker crumbs, whipped cream, and a lemon wheel to really make this an awesome cake cocktail recipe.

LEMON MERINGUE MARTINI
1 oz. (30ml) Whipped Cream Vodka
2 oz. (60ml) Limoncello
1 oz. (30ml) Lemonade
1/2 oa. (15ml) Half & half
Rim: Graham Cracker Crumbs
Garnish: Lemon Wheel, Whipped Cream, Graham Cracker Crumbs

PREPARATION
1. Rim the edge of your glass with graham cracker crumbs. Set aside.
2. In a shaking glass with ice, combine Limoncello, whipped cream vodka, lemonade, and half & half. Shake well.
3. Strain mix into rimmed glass and garnish with a lemon wheel, whipped cream, and more graham cracker crumbs. DRINK RESPONSIBLY!
