Lychee Martini

The classic martini recipe gets an awesome twist with this Lychee Martini. To make this bad boy, combine vodka, lychee liqueur, sweet & sour, lychee simple syrup, and lychee, and bang, you have one of the best lychee mixed drinks ever made ready to go!

LYCHEE MARTINI
1 oz. (30ml) Vodka
1 oz. (30ml) Lychee Liqueur
1 oz. (30ml) Sweet & Sour
1/2 oz. (15ml) Lychee Simple Syrup
Lychee
Garnish: Lychee

PREPARATION
1. Drop lychee into base of glass followed by simple syrup. Muddle well.
2. Add ice and pour over vodka, lychee liqueur and sweet and sour. Shake well.
3. Strain mix into martini glass and drop in a lychee garnish.
