MANGO KIWI MARGARITA SPLASH
Kiwi & Lime Muddled
1/2 oz. (15ml) Mango Rum
1/4 oz. (7ml) Cointreau
1/2 oz. (15ml) Sweet & Sour
Mango Chunks & Lime Slices Muddled
1 oz. (30ml) Tequila
1/2 oz. (15ml) Orange Juice
1/4 oz. (7ml) Agave
Tajin Rimmed Glass
Mango & Kiwi dipped in Tajin
1. Rim the edge of a glass with Tajín powder and drop kiwi slices and lime slices on the base. Set aside.
2. In a shaking glass, muddle kiwi and add ice, mango rum, Cointreau, and sweet and sour. Shake well and strain into rimmed glass over crushed ice.
3. In a separate shaking glass, muddle mango slices and lime slices. Add ice, tequila, orange juice, and agave nectar. Shake well.
4. Add more crushed ice and pour mix over.
5. Garnish with a kiwi and pineapple skewer sprinkled with tajín.
