These insanely tasty frozen tequila cocktails combine agave, salt, lime juice, tequila, mango nectar, mangoes, raspberries, and lime slices, and are perfect as a chilly, boozy after dinner treat.
MANGO MARGARITA POPSICLES
2 1/2 oz (75 ml) Tequila
3 oz (90 ml) Agave
Pinch of Salt
3 oz (90 ml) Lime Juice
3 oz (90 ml) Mango Nectar
4 cups chopped Mangoes
1. Slice mangoes and place in blender. Add tequila, agave nectar, a pinch of salt, and water or mango nectar. Blend until smooth
2. Place sliced raspberries in the base of a paper cup and pour mixture over.
3. Poke a popsicle stick through a lime slice and place over the blended mixture.
4. Freeze until solid and remove paper cups.
