Preparation

In a blender with ice, combine passion fruit rum, raspberry puree, and raspberries

Blend thoroughly until smooth

Pour mix into serving glass, filling it about halfway

Drop some raspberries over the red layer

In a separate blender, combine mango rum, triple sec, mango puree, and mango slices

MANGO RASPBERRY DELIGHT
Red Layer:
1 oz. (30ml) Passion Fruit Rum
2 oz. (60ml) Raspberry Puree
Raspberries
Yellow Layer:
1 oz. (30ml) Mango Rum
1/2 oz. (15ml) Triple Sec
2 oz. (60ml) Mango Puree
Mango Slices
Garnish: Raspberries, Mango Slice, Lime Wheel
PREPARATION
1. In a blender with ice, combine passion fruit rum, raspberry puree, and raspberries. Blend thoroughly until smooth.
2. Pour mix into serving glass, filling it about halfway.
