Melon Zombie

The Melon Zombie is one of those tropical rum cocktails that'll make you feel like you're relaxing on the beach no matter where you are. To make this gorgeous rum mixed drink recipe, mix up melon liqueur, rum, passion fruit syrup, pineapple juice, simple syrup, and dark rum, and then just enjoy it as a perfect summertime poolside sipper.

MELON ZOMBIE
1 oz. (30ml) Rum
1 oz. (30ml) Melon Liqueur
1/2 oz. (15ml) Passion Fruit Syrup
1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Pineapple Juice
Splash Simple Syrup
Float of Dark Rum
Garnish: Pineapple Slice/Leaf

PREPARATION
1. In an ice filled glass combine Rum, melon liqueur, passion fruit syrup, Pineapple juice and simple syrup. Shake well.
2. Add crushed ice to glass and strain mix on top. Add a float of dark Rum.
3. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and leaves.
