Ladies and gentlemen, this Merchant of False Promises is another gin mixology drink that all of you pros out there need to check out. To make this sweet and sour mixology mixed drink, combine gin, cocoa leaf liqueur, green chile liqueur, lemon juice, plum bitters, bitters mist, and a watermelon radish for a huge range of liqueur flavors.
MERCHANT OF FALSE PROMISES
2 oz. (60ml) Gin
2 oz. (60ml) Coca Leaf Liqueur
1 oz. (30ml) Green Chile Liqueur
1/2 oz. (15ml) Lemon Juice
3 dashes Plum Bitters
Bergamot Bitters Mist
Garnish: Watermelon Radish
PREPARATION
1. Combine gin, coca leaf liqueur, green chile liqueur, lemon juice, and plum bitters in a mixing glass with ice and stir.
2. Cut thin slices of watermelon radish and rest them into a martini glass.
3. Strain the mix in and spray bergamot bitters.
DRINK RESPONSIBLY!
