MERMAID MIMOSA
6 oz. (180ml) Champagne
1/2 oz. (15ml) Melon Liqueur
Splash Blue Curacao
2 oz. (60ml) Pineapple Juice
Garnish: Blue Sugar/Pineapple Juice
PREPARATION
1. Rim edge of champagne flute with blue sugar. Add melon liqueur, blue curacao and pineapple juice.
2. Top with champagne and garnish with pineapple wedge.
