MEXICAN 75
2 oz. (60ml) Tequila
4 oz. (120ml) Champagne
1 oz. (30ml) Lime Juice
2 Tsp Agave
Garnish: Salt Rim/Lime Wedge
PREPARATION
1. Rim edge of glass with lime juice and salt. Set aside.
2. Add ice, tequila, lime juice and agave to mixing glass and shake until combined.
3. Strain mix into base of rimmed glass and top with champagne.
