Mexican 75

You probably know about the French 75 cocktail, but have you heard of this delicious Mexican 75? This tequila twist on the classic French 75 mixed drink recipe combines tequila, champagne, lime juice, and agave, and manages to nail a perfect blend of sweet and sour mixed drink flavors.

MEXICAN 75
2 oz. (60ml) Tequila
4 oz. (120ml) Champagne
1 oz. (30ml) Lime Juice
2 Tsp Agave
Garnish: Salt Rim/Lime Wedge

PREPARATION
1. Rim edge of glass with lime juice and salt. Set aside.
2. Add ice, tequila, lime juice and agave to mixing glass and shake until combined.
3. Strain mix into base of rimmed glass and top with champagne.
4. Garnish with a lime wedge.
