MIAMI VICE POPSICLE
RED LAYER:
2 oz. (60ml) Rum
1/2 oz. (15ml) Lime Juice
Frozen Strawberries
Splash Grenadine
1/2 Cup Water

WHITE LAYER:
3 oz. (90ml) Rum
8 oz. (240ml) Pineapple Juice
8 oz. (240ml) Coconut Milk

PREPARATION
1. To create daiquiri layer add strawberries, rum, lime juice and grenadine to blender and combine until smooth.
2. Pour half way into popsicle mould and freeze until solid.
3. Next combine pineapple juice, coconut milk and rum and pour into popsicle mold on top of red layer.
2. Place in freezer to set.
