MOJITO GUMMY BEARS
4 oz. (120ml) Rum
4 oz. (120ml) Soda Water
1 oz. (30ml) Lime Juice
1/4 Cup Sugar
Mint Leaves
3 Pkts Gelatin Gummy Bear Mold
PREPARATION
1. Combine soda water and sugar over a low heat and stir to combine. Add gelatin and leave to cool.
2. Once cooled, add rum, lime juice and chopped mint leaves. Pour mix into gummy bear mold and refrigerate until solid.
3. Once set, remove from mold and serve.
