MOJITO JELLO SHOTS
4 oz. (120ml) Lime Rum
6 oz. (180ml) Soda Water
1 oz. (30ml) Mint Simple Syrup
1 Pkt Plain Gelatin
Garnish: Lime Wheel/Mint Sprig
PREPARATION
1. Create simple syrup by combining equal parts sugar and water over low heat until clear. Add in mint leaves, stir and leave to cool/infuse.
2. Heat soda water until boiling and add gelatin. Stir until dissolved and leave to cool.
3. Add lime rum and simple syrup to soda water/gelatin mix and pour into shot glasses. Refrigerate until set and garnish with lime wheel and mint sprig.
DRINK RESPONSIBLY!
