Here we go people, it's another incredible rum mixology drink that all you pros need to try. This Jamaican rum cocktail mixes up banana liqueur, cinnamon syrup, cream, lemon, angostura bitters, and cinnamon tinctures, and is garnished with a mint sprig and cinnamon powder for just a little more mixology drink sweetness.
2 oz. (60ml) Jamaican Rum
½ oz. (15ml) Banana Liqueur
¾ oz. (22ml) Cinnamon Syrup
¾ oz. (22ml) Cream
1 oz. (30ml) Lemon
1 dash Angostura Bitters
Garnish: Mint Sprig, Cinnamon Powder
1. Combine ingredients into a shaker with ice and shake well.
2. Strain mix into a glass over crushed ice.
3. Garnish with a mint sprig and cinnamon powder.
