Ms. Grey

Master mixologist Bad Birdy is back with this Ms. Grey cocktail, which is one of the best rum mixology drink recipes out there. This potent rum cocktail recipe combines rum, gin, simple syrup, lime juice, guava, saline, rose water, and yes, some egg whites — deal with it people, it's delicious!

MS. GREY
1 oz. (30ml) Rum
½ oz. (15ml) Gin
¾ oz. (22ml) Simple Syrup
¾ oz. (22ml) Lime Juice
Guava
2 Drops Saline
3 Drops Rose Water
Egg Whites
Garnish: Rose Petals

PREPARATION
1. Muddle half of a guava in a glass and add rest of ingredients.
2. Add ice and shake well.
3. Strain mix into serving glass and garnish with rose petals.
DRINK RESPONSIBLY!
