Simple syrup
1 oz
Mint
Liquid nitrogen
Fresh lime juice
0.75 oz
Saline
2 drops
Water
Gear

Preparation

Place some mint in a glass and pour in some liquid nitrogen

Muddle thoroughly

PREPARATION
