The Nitro Mojito is quite possibly the best mixology twist on the classic Nitro Mojito out there. This wild light rum mixology recipe calls for simple syrup, mint sprigs, fresh lime juice, saline, soda water, and liquid nitrogen, 'cause this bad boy is definitely not messing around!

NITRO MOJITO
1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Light Rum
1 oz. (30ml) Simple Syrup
8 mint sprigs
Liquid Nitrogen
3/4 oz. (22ml) Fresh Lime Juice
2 drops Saline
Top with soda water

PREPARATION
1. Place some mint in a glass and pour in some liquid nitrogen. Muddle thoroughly.
2. Add lime juice, light rum, simple syrup, saline and ice. Shake well.
3. Add crushed ice to a serving glass and strain mix over.
4. Top with soda water and garnish with a mint sprig. DRINK RESPONSIBLY!
