Once Upon a Time in Mexico

All you kings and queens of the mixology world definitely have to check out this Once Upon A Time In Mexico cocktail, 'cause it is a wild mezcal drink. To make this beautiful, spicy mixology mixed drink, combine mezcal, peach liqueur, lemon juice, habañero peach syrup, critter bitters, and egg whites, and then prepare for a drink that delivers a bunch of different tastes with each sip.

ONCE UPON A TIME IN MEXICO
2 oz. (60ml) Mezcal
¼ oz. (7ml) Peach liqueur
¾ oz. (22ml) Lemon Juice
1 oz. (30ml) Habanero Peach Syrup
[simmer 4 peaches and 2 habanero peppers for 10 minutes, strain with a fine filter and add sugar]
6 dashes Critter Bitters
1 egg white

PREPARATION
1. In a mixing glass, combine ingredients and shake well with ice.
2. Remove ice and shake again to create froth.
3. Strain mix into serving glass and garnish with a peach slice.
DRINK RESPONSIBLY!
