Mimosa and Paloma lovers rejoice, 'cause this Paloma Mimosa drink combines the best of both worlds. This wild tequila and champagne cocktail recipe mixes up grapefruit juice, lime juice, grenadine, grapefruit slices, tequila, and champagne, and is perfect as a classy after-dinner cocktail.

PALOMA MIMOSA
1 oz. (30ml) Tequila
3 oz. (90ml) Champagne
1 oz. (30ml) Grapefruit Juice
1/2 oz. (15ml) Lime Juice
1/2 oz. (15ml) Grenadine
Grapefruit Slices

PREPARATION
1. Add ice to shaking glass and pour in tequila, grapefruit juice, lime juice and grenadine. Shake well.
2. Strain mix into base of champagne flute and top up with champagne.
3. Garnish with grapefruit slices.
DRINK RESPONSIBLY!
