Passion Fruit Martini

PASSION FRUIT MARTINI
2 oz. (60ml) Vodka
1/2 oz. (15ml) Triple Sec
1/4 oz. (7.5ml) Lemon Juice
Splash Simple Syrup
Passion Fruits
Garnish: Passion Fruit

PREPARATION
1. Scoop the flesh from the passion fruits into base of glass and add simple syrup. Muddle well.
2. Add ice, vodka, triple sec and lemon juice. Shake well.
3. Stain mix into martini glass and garnish with a passionfruit.
