Passion Fruit Strawberry Frozen Mojito

Throw a little party for your taste buds with this Passion Fruit Strawberry Frozen Mojito. This slushy twist on the classic mojito combines white rum, soda water, agave syrup, passionfruit, lime wedges, mint leaves, and strawberries, and never ceases to amaze you with its tropical mixed drink freshness. PASSION FRUIT STRAWBERRY FROZEN MOJITO 1 oz. (30ml) White Rum Soda Water 1/2 oz. (15ml) Agave Syrup Ice Passionfruit Lime Wedges Mint Leaves Strawberries PREPARATION 1. Muddle half a passionfruit, lime wedges, agave syrup and mint leaves in base of glass. Set aside. 2. Add ice, strawberries and rum to blender and combine until slushy and smooth. Pour mix into glass on top of muddled mix. 3. Top with soda water and stir lightly. Garnish with mint leaves and passionfruit. DRINK RESPONSIBLY!
