PEACH & PASSION FRUIT BELLINI
3 1/2 oz. (105ml) Prosecco
1/2 oz. (15ml) Peach Schnapps
1 oz. (30ml) Peach Puree
1 oz. (30ml) Passion Fruit Juice
Splash Lemon Juice
Garnish: Peach Slice

PREPARATION
1. To an ice filled mixing glass pour peach schnapps, peach puree, passion fruit juice and lemon juice. Stir well to mix.
2. Strain mix into base of champagne flute and top with prosecco. Garnish with a peach slice.
