Peach Montejito

PEACH MONTEJITO
2 oz. (60ml) Montenegro Amaro
½ oz. (15ml) Lemon Juice
½ oz. (15ml) Simple Syrup
Brut Sparkling Wine
3 Peach Wedges
Mint Leaves
Garnish: Peach Wedge, mint Sprig

PREPARATION
1. Drop some peach wedges into the base of a shaking glass and muddle.
2. Add mint and pour in Montenegro, lemon juice, and simple syrup. Shake well.
3. Strain mix into a glass over ice and top with sparkling wine.
4. Garnish with a peach wedge and a mint sprig.
