Here it is, people, the Pear Batida! This totally nuts white rum cocktail recipe combines puréed pear, lemon juice, simple syrup, champagne, dark rum, and white rum, and is guaranteed to deliver a smooth, boozy taste with every sip.
1 oz. (30ml) White Rum
1 oz. (30ml) Pureed Pear
1 oz. (30ml) Lemon Juice
1/2 oz. (15ml) Simple Syrup
1 oz. (30ml) Champagne
1/2 oz. (15ml) Dark Rum
Garnish: Pear Slice
1. Muddle diced pear (Or use pre made pear puree) in a shaker.
2. Add ice and pour in liquors and mixers. Shake well.
3. Pour mix into a chilled champagne flute. Add champagne and a float of dark rum.
4. Garnish with pear slice.
