PICKLEBACK JELLO SHOOTER
4 oz. (120ml) Jamesons Irish Whiskey
8 oz. (240ml) Pickle Juice
1 Tbsp Plain Gelatin
Garnish: Pickle Slice
PREPARATION
1. Heat pickle juice and sprinkle with gelatin. Leave to bloom before stirring until combined. Leave too cool.
2. Once mix has cooled down, add whiskey and place in refrigerator to set. Garnish with a pickle slice.
