This incredible pineapple rum mixed drink recipe combines coconut rum, piña colada mix, pineapple rum, pineapple chunks, and pineapple juice, and is garnished with a pineapple wedge, whipped cream, and toasted coconut flakes to really max out those beachy mixed drink vibes.
PINA BLAST
1 oz. (30ml) Pineapple Rum
1 oz. (30ml) Coconut Rum
1 oz. (30ml) Pina Colada Mix
1 oz. (30ml) Pineapple Juice
Fresh Pineapple Chunks
Ice
Garnish: Pineapple Wedge/Whipped Cream/Toasted Coconut Flakes
PREPARATION
1. Add ice, pineapple chunks, pineapple rum, coconut rum, pina colada mix and pineapple juice to blender. Combine well.
2. Pour into glass. Garnish with whipped cream, pineapple wedge and toasted coconut flakes.
