Piña Colada

This tropical rum cocktail recipe is legendary for perfectly mixing cream of coconut, pineapple juice, and rum, and also for its pineapple and cherry slices, which really make it the king (or queen) of beachy mixed drinks. PIÑA COLADA 2 oz. (60ml) Rum 1 oz. (30ml) Cream of Coconut 2 oz. (60ml) Pineapple Juice Garnish: Pineapple Slice, Cherry PREPARATION 1. In a blender with ice, combine rum, cream of coconut, and pineapple juice. Blend thoroughly until smooth. 2. Pour mix into a hurricane glass and garnish with a pineapple slice and a cherry.
