This gorgeous tropical shooter mixes up coconut rum, cream of coconut, and pineapple juice, and is rimmed with coconut shavings to max out those beachy shooter details. PIÑA COLADA SHOT Coconut Rum Cream of Coconut Pineapple Juice PREPARATION 1. Rim a shot glass using corn syrup and coconut shavings. 2. In a shaking glass with ice, combine coconut rum, pineapple juice, and cream of coconut. Shake well. 3. Strain mix into rimmed shot glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge. DRINK RESPONSIBLY!
