White rum
3 oz
Pineapple juice
Coconut
Canned coconut milk
7 oz
Cornstarch
1 tbsp
Light corn syrup
8 oz
White sugar
0.25 cup
Shredded coconut
0.25 cup

Freeze pineapple juice into ice cubes

To create coconut syrup combine coconut milk and cornstarch until combined

Then add corn syrup, sugar, and shredded coconut

Bring to a boil, stirring well

Remove from heat and leave to cool completely

Once pineapple cubes are frozen, place in a blender with rum and combine until slushy

Spoon mix into snowcone cups
