Pineapple Blue Hawaiian

OK people, we've brought you a lot of amazing fruity tropical drinks in the past, but this Pineapple Blue Hawaiian is on a whole new level! This incredible slushy tropical drink combines blue curacao, cream of coconut, and pineapple, and is served in a dang pineapple with pineapple leaves, cherries, and a cocktail umbrella for garnishes. Seriously, if you're looking for an island-themed drink recipe, you have to check out this bad boy. PINEAPPLE BLUE HAWAIIAN 1 oz. (30ml) Pineapple Rum 1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Blue Curaçao 1 oz. (30ml) Cream of Coconut 1 Pineapple Garnish: Pineapple Leaves, Cherry, Cocktail Umbrella PREPARATION 1. Slice the top off of a pineapple and remove insides until hollow. 2. In a blender with ice, combine removed pineapple chunks, pineapple rum, blue curaçao, and cream of coconut. Blend thoroughly until smooth. 3. Pour mix into the hollowed pineapple and garnish with pineapple leaves, a cocktail umbrella, and a cherry. DRINK RESPONSIBLY!
