Pineapple Daiquiri

It's yellow, it's super-tropical, it's sweet, it's the Pineapple Daiquiri. This beautiful yellow rum cocktail recipe combines white rum, lime juice, pineapple juice, and simple syrup, and is garnished with a pineapple wedge for maximum beachy mixed drink deliciousness.

PINEAPPLE DAIQUIRI
2 oz. (60ml) White Rum
1 oz. (30ml) Lime Juice
1/2 oz. (15ml) Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz. (15ml) Simple Syrup
Garnish: Pineapple Wedge

PREPARATION
1. Combine all ingredients in an ice filled shaker and shake until chilled.
2. Strain into coupe glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
