Pineapple Mai Tai

This Pineapple Mai Tai is definitely in the running for wildest tropical drink ever. To make this incredible beach cocktail recipe, mix up white rum, dark rum, Triple Sec, Peach Schnapps, pineapple juice, orange juice, and grenadine, and bang, you have a sweet and tangy mixed drink everybody will love.

PINEAPPLE MAI TAI
1 oz. (30ml) White Rum
1 oz. (30ml) Dark Rum
1/2 oz. (15ml) Triple Sec
1/2 oz. (15ml) Peach Schnapps
1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Pineapple Juice
Splash Orange Juice
Splash Grenadine

PREPARATION
1. In a shaking glass with ice, combine rums, peach schnapps, Triple Sec, pineapple juice, orange juice, and Grenadine. Shake well.
2. Strain mix into a cored pineapple and garnish with an orange slice, lime slice, cherry and umbrella.
