Pink Gin Fizz

Everybody knows and loves the classic gin fizz recipe, but this little stealthy Pink Gin Fizz drink is just as good! To make this gorgeous variation on the gin fizz cocktail, mix up gin, orange juice, grenadine, egg whites, and club soda, and garnish with an orange wheel for some extra sweet, fruity cocktail tastiness.

PINK GIN FIZZ
3 oz. (90ml) Gin
3 oz. (90ml) Orange Juice
Dash Grenadine
1 Egg White
Club Soda
Garnish: Orange Wheel

PREPARATION
1. Add gin, orange juice, grenadine and egg whites to a mixing glass. Shake vigorously for 1-2 minutes. Add ice and shake to chill.
2. Strain mix into glass and top with club soda.
3. Garnish with an orange slice.
