Here it is people, the Rainbow Breeze — one of the hottest (also coldest) slushy drinks out there. To make this cold layered cocktail dream, mix up grenadine, pineapple rum, banana rum, pineapple juice, orange juice, pineapple vodka, and blue curacao, and then garnish with a ton of different berries to maximize all that slushy fruity cocktail action.

RAINBOW BREEZE
Red Layer:
1 /2 oz. (15ml) Grenadine

Yellow Layer:
1 oz. (30ml) Pineapple Rum
1 oz. (30ml) Banana Rum
1 oz. (30ml) Pineapple Juice
1 oz. (30ml) Orange Juice

Blue Layer:
1 oz. (30ml) Pineapple Vodka
1/2 oz. (30ml) Blue curaçao
Blueberries
Garnish: Strawberry Slices, Orange Slices, Pineapple Slices

PREPARATION
1. Pour some grenadine in the bottom of a glass and gently drop in some ice.
2. In a separate glass with ice, combine pineapple rum, banana rum, pineapple juice, and orange juice. Shake well and strain over the red layer.
3. In a different shaking glass, combine pineapple vodka, blue curaçao, and ice. Shake well and float over yellow layer.
4. Garnish with blueberries, orange slices, and strawberry slices.
