RAINBOW SANGRIA PITCHER
1 Bottle White Wine
2 oz (60ml) Brandy
10 oz (300ml) Soda Water
Splash Simple Syrup
Strawberries
Kiwi
Pineapple
Blackberries
Blueberries
Cantaloupe
Honeydew
PREPARATION
1. Chop fruits and place in pitcher until full. Pour over wine, brandy, soda water and simple syrup. Leave to infuse for a few hours in refrigerator before serving.
