RHUBARB INFUSED GIN
300g Rhubarb
150g Sugar
Gin

To Serve:
Ginger Ale

PREPARATION
1. Chop rhubarb into small pieces and place into a jar. Cover with sugar and shake periodically until sugar pulls moisture out of rhubarb.
2. Pour over gin, and allow to infuse for two weeks before straining and serving.
DRINK RESPONSIBLY!
