Ladies and gentlemen, here we have the Roosterita — one of the craziest spicy cocktail recipes out there. To make this wild spicy tequila recipe, mix up Cointreau, lime juice, and Sriracha sauce, and garnish with jalapeño slices and salt for some classic spicy margarita tastiness.

ROOSTERITA
1 oz. (30ml) Tequila
1/2 oz. (15ml) Cointreau
2 1/2 oz. (75ml) Lime Juice
1 Tsp Sriracha Sauce
Garnish: Jalapeño Slice/Salt


PREPARATION
1. Rim edge of margarita glass in sriracha and salt. Set aside.
2. Place ice in a mixing glass and add tequila, cointreau, lime juice and sriracha. Shake well.
3. Add ice to prepared glass and strain over mix. Garnish with a jalapeño slice.
