ROSSINI
4 Strawberries, Hulled
1/2 oz. (15ml) Simple Syrup
1/4 oz. (7.5ml) Fresh Lemon Juice
Prosecco
Garnish: Strawberries

PREPARATION
1. Blend strawberries, simple syrup, and lemon juice into a strawberry puree.
2. Pour a 1/2 oz. (15ml) of the strawberry puree into a champagne flute.
3. Top with prosecco. Garnish with a strawberry.
