All you master mixologists need to check out this Rye.P.A. cocktail by Jason Fyu 'cause it is one of the wildest mixology drinks we've ever tried. This incredible rye whiskey mixology cocktail recipe combines fresh grapefruit juice, cardamom honey, xanthan gum, and an IPA foam float, is obviously perfect for any drink makers looking to really test out their skills.
2 oz. (60ml) Rye whiskey
5 oz. (150ml) Fresh grapefruit juice
½ oz. (15ml) Cardamom Honey (3 parts honey, 1 part water, 3-4 Cardamom Pods)
IPA foam float (10 oz. (300ml) IPA, 1 oz. sugar, )
Garnish Grapefruit Peel
1. Create IPA foam float by cooking beer and sugar. Once cool, pour into whip cream dispenser and add ⅛ teaspoon of Xanthan Gum. Shake a lot and charge. Set aside.
2. Create honey mix by cooking Cardamom pods, 3 parts honey, and one part sugar. Allow 2 hours to cool and infuse.
3. In a shaker with ice, combine rye whiskey, grapefruit juice, and the honey mix. Shake well.
4. Strain mix into a serving glass and top with IPA foam. Garnish with a grapefruit peel and
