SALTED CARAMEL ICE CREAM CUPCAKE SHOT
2 oz. (60ml) Vanilla Vodka
Vanilla Ice Cream
1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Milk
Pinch of Salt
Caramel Syrup
Cupcakes
Rim: Caramel Syrup, Sprinkles
Garnish: Whipped Cream, Caramel Syrup

PREPARATION
1. Rim the edge of a shot glass using caramel syrup and sprinkles. Set aside.
2. In a blender, combine vanilla vodka, vanilla ice cream, milk, a pinch of salt, caramel syrup, and cupcakes. Blend thoroughly until smooth.
3. Pour mix into glass and top with whipped cream and more caramel syrup.
