Salted Caramel Ice Cream Shooters

These gorgeous vanilla vodka cocktails mix up vanilla vodka, caramel vodka, caramel syrup, vanilla ice cream, and coarse salt, and are rimmed and garnished with sprinkles, whipped cream, and caramel syrup to max out those caramel dessert mixed drink vibes.

SALTED CARAMEL ICE CREAM SHOOTERS
1 oz. (30ml) Vanilla Vodka
1 oz. (30ml) Caramel Vodka
1/2 oz. (15ml) Caramel Syrup
Vanilla Ice Cream
dash Coarse Salt
Rim: Caramel Syrup, Sprinkles
Garnish: Whipped Cream, Caramel Syrup

PREPARATION
1. Rim the edge of a shot glass using caramel syrup and sprinkles. Set aside.
2. In a blender, combine ice cream, vanilla vodka caramel vodka, caramel syrup, and a dash of coarse salt. Blend until smooth.
3. Drizzle Caramel Syrup in rimmed shot glasses and pour mix in.
4. Top with whipped cream and caramel syrup.
