Brush pineapple spears with honey. Insert wooden skewer along length of each pineapple spear. Ensure grill is hot, then grill pineapple skewers over medium-high heat, turning as needed, for 3 to 5 minutes or until well-marked and caramelized. Set aside.
In two batches, pour Bahama Mama, rum, pineapple juice and orange juice into blender. Add ice; purée until smooth. Pour into hurricane glasses or large tumblers. Garnish with pineapple spears.
