Singapore Sling

Have yourself a delicious little taste of Southeast Asia without going anywhere with the Singapore Sling. It combines gin, cherry brandy, Cointreau, Bénédictine, grenadine, pineapple juice, fresh lime juice, and a dash of Angostura bitters. Garnish this bad boy with a pineapple slice and cherry for an extra taste of the island life.

SINGAPORE SLING
1 oz. (30ml) Gin
1/2 oz. (15ml) Cherry Liqueur (Cherry Brandy)
1/4 oz. (7.5ml) Cointreau
1/4 oz. (7.5ml) Bénédictine
1/3 oz. (10ml) Grenadine
4 oz. (120ml) Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz. (15ml) Fresh Lime Juice
1 dash Angostura Bitters
Garnish: Pineapple, Cherry

PREPARATION
1. Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into a highball glass.
2. Garnish with pineapple slice and cherry.
