Lemon juice
0.5 oz
Honey/water mix (3 parts water, 1 part honey)
0.5 oz
Aromatic bitters
2 dashes
Orange bitters
2 dashes
Gin
Rosemary
Gear
Rocks Glass
Basic Bar Tools
Preparation

Light the rosemary sprig with a torch

Trap fumes in serving glass

Set aside

Muddle ginger in a mixing glass

Add lemon juice and honey mix

Pour in whiskey

Add dashes of bitters

Shake well

Flip serving glass

Strain mix into serving glass
More About This Drink
SMOKIN' HOT GINGER
2 oz. (60ml) Whiskey
1/2 oz. (15ml) Lemon Juice
1/2 oz. (15ml) Honey/Water mix (3 parts water, 1 part honey)
2 dashes Aromatic Bitters
2 dashes Orange Bitters
Muddled Ginger
1 Rosemary Sprig
PREPARATION
1. Using a torch, carefully light the rosemary sprig and trap fumes in serving glass. Set aside.
2. In a mixing glass, muddle some ginger and add lemon juice and honey mix.
3. Pour in the whiskey and add the dashes of bitters. Shake well.
4. Flip serving glass and strain mix in.
