SMOKIN' HOT GINGER 2 oz. (60ml) Whiskey 1/2 oz. (15ml) Lemon Juice 1/2 oz. (15ml) Honey/Water mix (3 parts water, 1 part honey) 2 dashes Aromatic Bitters 2 dashes Orange Bitters Muddled Ginger 1 Rosemary Sprig PREPARATION 1. Using a torch, carefully light the rosemary sprig and trap fumes in serving glass. Set aside. 2. In a mixing glass, muddle some ginger and add lemon juice and honey mix. 3.
