SMOKIN' HOT GINGER
2 oz. (60ml) Whiskey
1/2 oz. (15ml) Lemon Juice
1/2 oz. (15ml) Honey/Water mix (3 parts water, 1 part honey)
2 dashes Aromatic Bitters
2 dashes Orange Bitters
1 Rosemary Sprig
1. Using a torch, carefully light the rosemary sprig and trap fumes in serving glass. Set aside.
2. In a mixing glass, muddle some ginger and add lemon juice and honey mix.
3. Pour in the whiskey and add the dashes of bitters. Shake well.
4. Flip serving glass and strain mix in.
