St. germain elderflower liqueur
1 oz
Apple juice
1.67 oz
Lime juice
0.5 oz
Sugar

Preparation

Rim edge of glass with corn syrup and popping candy

Set aside

Drop sugar snap peas and mint leaves into base of glass and muddle well

Add ice

Pour over gin, st. germain, lime juice and apple juice

Shake

Double strain into glass and garnish with a mint sprig

(15ml) Lime Juice 4 Sugar Snap Peas Mint Leaves Garnish: Popping Candy Rim/Mint Sprig PREPARATION 1. Rim edge of glass with corn syrup and popping candy. Set aside. 2. Drop sugar snap peas and mint leaves into base of glass and muddle well. Add ice. 3. Pour over gin, st. germain, lime juice and apple juice. Shake. 4. Double strain into glass and garnish with a mint sprig. DRINK RESPONSIBLY!
