SPIKED ICE CREAM
2 1/2 oz. (75ml) Irish Cream
1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Green Creme de Menthe
4 1/2 oz. (135ml) Whipping Cream
4 1/2 oz. (135ml) Heavy Whipping Cream
1 1/2 oz. (45ml) Milk
4 oz. Sugar
1. In a mixing bowl, combine sugar and egg. Whisk thoroughly.
2. Add whipping cream, heavy whipping cream, and milk. Whisk again.
3. Whisk in Irish cream and green creme de menthe.
4. Cover with plastic wrap, making sure that the wrap touches the surface of the ice cream mix. Seal tightly.
5. Place bowl in freezer overnight and scoop out once firm.
